Simple Intermittent Fasting ("the App") is developed by Rizmak Solutions ("we", "us", "our"). This policy describes how the App collects, uses, and protects your information. By using the App, you agree to the practices described below.
The App lets you track information such as fasting start and end times, fasting goals and schedules, weight, and personal details (e.g. age, height, target weight) that you choose to enter. This information is stored locally on your device in the App's database and is used solely to provide the App's tracking and progress features. It is never sold and is not transmitted to us unless you explicitly enable an optional backup or sync feature.
Your fasting history, logged weights, goals, and settings are stored on your device. This data never leaves your device unless you choose to back it up, sync it, or share it (for example, sharing a progress screenshot). You can delete this data at any time within the App, or by clearing the App's data or uninstalling it.

This data does not include personally identifiable information or the health details you enter, and is used solely to improve the App.
The App may display ads provided by Google AdMob and other third-party advertising networks (which may be served through AdMob mediation). These networks may collect device identifiers and usage data to serve relevant ads. You can manage your ad preferences through your device's settings. The App supports a one-time "Remove Ads" or premium purchase to disable advertising.
Purchase transactions are processed by the Google Play Store. The App does not collect or store any payment information.
With your permission, the App may send local notifications to remind you when a fast begins or ends. These are generated on your device and can be disabled at any time in the App or your device settings.

The App is not directed at children under 13, and intermittent fasting is not recommended for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Local data is retained on your device until you delete it within the App or uninstall the App. Analytics data is retained per Google's standard retention policies.
You may delete the health and fasting data you have entered at any time directly within the App. To request deletion of any personal data we may hold, please use our Data Deletion Request page or contact us at the email below.
